Phase 3: Final Touch and Floor Finish

The final clean addresses everything missed in the detail phase and applies final floor treatment.

• Walk the entire space under bright, angled lighting to identify missed dust, smudges, and residue
• Final wipe of all surfaces — especially horizontal surfaces where fine dust resettles
• Apply floor finish: VCT gets strip and wax, concrete gets seal and polish, carpet gets extraction
• Final window cleaning to remove any dust that settled during floor finishing
• Client walkthrough and punch list — address any remaining items
