Cleaning Technician

SparkTex Cleaners is looking for motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in the Conroe and North Houston area. This is an entry-level position with no prior cleaning experience required — we provide comprehensive paid training so you can hit the ground running with confidence. You will serve both residential and commercial clients, delivering the consistent quality our customers have come to expect.

As a Cleaning Technician your daily responsibilities include performing thorough cleanings of homes, offices, and commercial spaces according to our detailed checklists. You will dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, and handle specialty tasks as assigned. Each day starts with a team briefing where routes and priorities are reviewed, and you will travel to multiple job sites using your own reliable transportation.

You will work alongside a small, supportive crew led by an experienced Team Lead who is always available for guidance.
