Customer Service Representative
About This Role
SparkTex Cleaners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our clients — from the first phone call requesting an estimate to the follow-up after every completed cleaning. This role is the voice of SparkTex, and your warmth, professionalism, and problem-solving skills directly shape how clients perceive our company.
Your daily responsibilities include handling inbound phone calls and estimate requests, answering questions about our services and pricing, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing client accounts in our CRM system, and conducting post-service satisfaction follow-ups. You will also coordinate with the operations team to communicate scheduling changes, special client requests, and any service concerns that need immediate attention.
The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people. You listen carefully, respond with empathy, and find solutions quickly. When a client is frustrated about a missed detail or a scheduling conflict, your calm, professional approach turns a potential complaint into a loyalty-building interaction. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred, as we serve a diverse community in the North Houston area.
SparkTex provides comprehensive training on our services, pricing structure, CRM system, and customer service best practices. You will learn the nuances of our different cleaning packages, how to identify upsell opportunities naturally, and how to handle common objections with confidence. Our goal is to make you an expert on everything SparkTex offers so you can serve clients with authority and ease.
