About This Role

The Senior Cleaning Technician role at SparkTex Cleaners is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to take on more complex assignments and help shape the quality standards of our growing team. You will tackle the jobs that demand a higher level of expertise — deep cleans, move-in/move-out turnovers, post-construction cleanups, and specialty surface restoration — all while mentoring junior technicians along the way.

On a typical day you will review your assigned route, which prioritizes our most demanding jobs. You will perform detailed pre-walk inspections, execute multi-step cleaning protocols, and conduct final quality checks before signing off on each job. When working alongside newer team members, you will demonstrate proper techniques, share time-management strategies, and provide constructive feedback that helps them grow.

Our senior technicians serve as the quality backbone of SparkTex. You are the person clients trust to handle their most important cleaning needs — whether that is preparing a luxury home for a real estate showing or restoring a commercial space after a renovation. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence set the standard for the rest of the team.

SparkTex rewards expertise and leadership. As a Senior Cleaning Technician you earn above-market pay, receive first priority on preferred schedules and routes, and qualify for leadership bonuses tied to team performance. This role is also the most common stepping stone into our Team Lead and Operations Manager positions.

If you bring at least two years of professional cleaning experience and a passion for quality workmanship, we want you on our team. This is your opportunity to be recognized and compensated for the skills you have built throughout your career.
