Weekend Cleaning Technician

SparkTex Cleaners is hiring Weekend Cleaning Technicians for Saturday and Sunday assignments across the Conroe area. This part-time position is perfect for students, parents with weekday commitments, or anyone looking for reliable supplemental income without interfering with a Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Your weekend assignments will include a mix of residential cleanings and light commercial jobs. Typical tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and completing our standard cleaning checklists. You will receive your schedule and route assignments by Friday evening, so you can plan your weekends with confidence.

Even as a part-time team member, you are a full part of the SparkTex family. You will go through the same paid training program as our full-time staff, have access to the same supplies and equipment, and receive the same level of support from your Team Lead. We believe every team member deserves to feel prepared and valued, regardless of their schedule.

Weekend shifts include a premium pay rate in recognition of your willingness to work when many others prefer time off. Many of our weekend technicians also appreciate the flexibility — if you need a particular Saturday off, our scheduling team works with you to accommodate requests with reasonable advance notice.

This is also a great entry point into SparkTex if you are considering a transition to full-time cleaning work in the future. Several of our current full-time technicians and team leads started as weekend part-timers. When you are ready for more hours, we are ready to grow with you.
