01How quickly will I hear back after contacting SparkTex?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours — emails, estimate requests, and voicemails. Most clients hear back the same business day.
02Can I schedule a cleaning for weekends?
Yes. We offer cleaning services Monday through Sunday. Saturday hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekend slots fill quickly, so we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
03What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem. We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without any fees. For recurring clients, your plan is month-to-month — pause or cancel anytime with 48 hours notice.
04Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox access. All our team members are background-checked and insured, so your home is in safe hands whether you are there or not.
05What is the best way to get a price quote?
